Dear patient:

Our community has been through a lot the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, its both safe and comfortable. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the ADA, CDC, and OSHA. We follow the activities of these agencies to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and have the highest standards.

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may notice some changes when its time for your next appointment. These changes were made to help protect you and our staff. They include:

  • Curbside check-in. When you arrive for your appointment at our office, stay in your car and call or text. We will call or text you back when it is time to come in.
  • Front desk check-in. If you walk to our office there will be 2 available chairs in our reception area. Please wear your own mask or we will provide one for you.
  • Your temperature will be taken when you arrive for your appointment. Screening questions will be asked at your confirmation phone call and when you arrive to for your appointment.
  • Staff members will wear Face shields over masks and eyewear during appointments.
  • Individuals who accompany patients to their appointment will not be allowed in treatment areas per CDC recommendation.

In addition to these measures, we also enjoy having exceptionally clean office air. This is created and maintained by a Fresh Air Exchanger (HRV), Pure Air UV light Filtration system, and HEPA filtered air purifiers in rooms where aerosols are created. We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors, and friends.

Sincerely,
Dr Allen and Dr Neumann
